Digital Learning Experience Designer

As a Digital Learning Experience Designer, you will:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and advise on best practice
• Transform raw content into structured storyboards and engaging learning
• Guide content owners on course design and scripting
• Develop high-quality, accessible learning using appropriate authoring tools
• Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning solutions
• Create assessments to test knowledge and understanding.
The team is forward-looking, and you will play a key role in exploring new approaches to digital learning and applying emerging best practice. Crucially, you will enjoy building partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.

We are seeking a creative Digital Learning Experience Designer who is passionate about supporting organisational development through high-quality, effective digital learning. Working with subject matter experts across the Council, you will design engaging digital learning resources that support and enhance workforce capability across a wide range of themes, including complex and sensitive areas, reflecting the diverse services we deliver.,

• Has experience of creating engaging, accessible digital learning for diverse audiences
• Is confident using a range of design and authoring tools
• Produces high-quality learning resources
