Digital Engagement Executive

As a Digital Engagement Executive, you'll play a key role in working with colleagues across Marketing to deliver targeted B2B campaigns and communications that power our contact strategies - reaching the right brokers and customers at the right time with digital first, personalised content that drives Unum UK's growth plans.,

• Help create automated nurture journeys and contact plans that help attract, retain, and engage brokers and customers.
• Deliver personalised digital campaigns across email, social and other channels to support ABM goals.
• Track performance, spot trends, and adjust tactics to improve engagement and conversions.
• Share clear insights and ideas to improve results and test new tools to increase efficiency.
• Keep digital content up to date and make improvements that support a better user experience working closely with the Digital Marketing team.
  
  Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation and customer journey mapping to support effective targeting and engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organisational capability.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, alongside competence in digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 to track performance, interpret trends and provide clear, insight led recommendations.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable adopting new tools, testing ideas and continuously improving marketing effectiveness.
• Confident collaborating with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and cross functional teams.
