Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity is available for a 12-month secondment or fixed-term role as our Digital E-Learning Development Lead.
We're seeking a motivated, creative individual with strong digital content creation skills and a passion for empowering staff in their use of IT systems. You'll support both day-to-day training on clinical and administrative systems and major project workstreams, including upgrades and new system rollouts. Collaboration is central to our work, and you'll contribute to shared goals across local organisations to enhance patient care.
You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality digital learning resources that support the rollout of the Electronic Patient Record system. This includes producing engaging, accessible e-learning modules tailored to different staff roles and aligned with Trust standards.
Working with the EPR Training Manager, training teams, and clinicians, you'll translate clinical workflows into effective digital learning solutions. Experience delivering training--both virtually and in person--is essential.
You'll help shape training plans that maximise the benefits of the EPR system, lead Digital E-Learning projects, identify new training opportunities, and champion innovation. You'll also work closely with Project Implementation and Training Officers to assess training needs, evaluate system impacts, design targeted content, and support their development in e-learning.
We are an award-winning NHS Foundation Trust working alongside health and social care colleagues across the county to provide acute and community healthcare services to more than 420,000 people across Mansfield, Ashfield, Newark and Sherwood, and parts of Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.
We put the patient at the heart of everything that we do and it is our aim to make sure that every patient is treated as we would want a member of our own family to be treated. At the same time, we expect our staff to be caring, kind and courteous to each other and to look out for each other. We believe that we are truly a clinically-led organisation.
We are proud that our Trust colleagues have voted us the best acute Trust to work for in the East Midlands for seven years running in the National NHS Staff Survey, while the Care Quality Commission has rated our Trust as 'outstanding' for care and our King's Mill Hospital as the only 'outstanding' NHS-run hospital in the East Midlands.
