The roleWorking closely with the marketing team, you'll create engaging digital assets that support campaigns across multiple channels. You'll have the freedom to test new ideas, analyse what works and continually refine creative output.You'll be responsible for designing:Social media graphics and campaignsEmail marketing assetsWebsite graphics and landing pagesDigital
  
  advertising creativesVisual assets that strengthen brand consistency across all channels What we're looking forAt least 2 years' commercial experience within a digital design roleStrong portfolio demonstrating digital design workAdvanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignExperience designing for web, email and social mediaExcellent attention to detail and typographyComfortable managing multiple projects in a fast moving environmentA proactive mindset with the confidence to test ideas and continuously improve creative performance Experience with Figma, After Effects or motion graphics would be advantageous but isn't essential.
