We're looking for a commercially minded and ambitious Digital Content Manager to join our growing Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves creating high-quality content, understands how content drives organic growth, and is passionate about using digital marketing to generate leads and deliver measurable ROI. Working closely with lawyers, marketers and business leaders, you will create engaging, search-optimised content that helps prospective clients find the information they need and encourages them to take action. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, a solid understanding of SEO, and a genuine interest in the rapidly evolving world of AI search, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and digital marketing. The role As Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for producing and optimising content across Bond Turner's website, blogs, landing pages and social media channels. You'll take technical and legal information from subject matter experts and transform it into clear, engaging and commercially effective content that improves search visibility, drives enquiries and supports business growth. You will also be required from time to time to support wider digital marketing activity., Content creation

  • Produce high-quality website content, landing pages, service pages, blogs and articles
  • Create engaging content from scratch, using lawyer briefings, interviews and internal subject matter expertise
  • Translate complex legal topics into clear, accessible content for consumers
  • Ensure all content aligns with Bond Turner's brand tone of voice
  • Create supporting content for digital campaigns
  • Maintain editorial standards with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Content strategy & brief development
  • Work collaboratively with lawyers and subject matter experts to shape content briefs that align with audience needs, search intent and commercial objectives
  • Challenge and refine content concepts to ensure they are client-focused, engaging and deliver value to prospective clients
  • Identify opportunities to transform technical legal information into content that answers real consumer questions and supports lead generation
  • Guide stakeholders on content best practice, audience behaviour and SEO principles
  • Help move content creation from purely informational reporting towards content that drives engagement, trust and enquiries
  • Ensure content is developed with both the end user and search visibility in mind
  • SEO & organic growth
  • Write and optimise content for search engines and user experience
  • Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility
  • Support content strategies designed to increase website traffic, enquiries and conversions
  • Monitor SEO performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Stay ahead of developments in SEO, AI search and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
  • Support the implementation of SEO best practices
  • Website management
  • Manage and update website content using Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Ensure website content remains accurate, relevant and up to date
  • Work with internal stakeholders to launch new pages and campaigns
  • Digital marketing support
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Marketing team on integrated campaigns
  • Assist in analysing digital marketing performance across channels
  • Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and marketing ROI

    Essential experience
  • Experience in content marketing, SEO and digital marketing
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proof reading skills
  • Experience writing website content, blogs and digital copy
  • Understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimisation
  • Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use performance data to improve content outcomes
  • Desirable experience
  • Legal sector, professional services or agency experience
  • Experience creating SEO-driven content in a competitive market
  • Understanding of technical SEO concepts
  • Familiarity with AI search, GEO and emerging search technologies
  • Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or Google Search Console

  • Strong understanding of search intent, user behaviour and how people discover and consume information online
  • Comfortable questioning, refining and developing content briefs to uncover the most valuable angles, opportunities and insights for readers
  • Curious about customer needs, motivations and behaviours, using these insights to create content that resonates with audiences and supports conversion goals
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communicator with the confidence to challenge thinking positively and help shape content that achieves both audience and commercial objectives

    Within your first 12 months, you will:

  • Build strong relationships with legal teams across the firm
