  • Lead platform migrations (like our shift from Ceros to Contentful) with minimal disruption and maximum impact.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across the entire digital estate.

  • Drive content modelling that supports reusability, localisation, and omnichannel distribution.
  • Streamline content creation, governance, and collaboration using best-in-class tools and structured workflows.
  • Manage multilingual content delivery and translation integrations.
  • Oversee content migration during redesigns and tech transitions.
  • Platform & Workflow Transformation

  • Audit and rationalise Jira instances, simplifying workflows and removing duplication to support agile delivery.
  • Earned Media & SEO
  • Manage SEO partners and internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing organic visibility.
  • Optimise digital content for search engines, always evolving based on best practice.
  • Performance Optimisation
  • Use tools like Google Analytics to track performance and uncover actionable insights.

  • Proven "figure it out" mentality. From API integration to platform migrations, you're not afraid to Google, trial, and test.
  • Comfort juggling multiple projects, platforms, and stakeholders across regions.
  • Experience working with DAM systems (ideally Bynder), and an understanding of asset lifecycle and governance.
  • Knowledge of SEO, accessibility, HTML/CSS and analytics tools (especially Google Analytics).
  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, visual and even a good Slack emoji game.
  • Confident project manager who can keep multiple streams moving, even when things shift.
  • Desirable:
  • Experience integrating DAM systems with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or other MAPs/CRMs).
  • Familiarity with Ceros and the creative-to-structured-content migration challenge.
  • Exposure to UX/UI thinking and mobile optimisation strategies.
