Digital Care Hub Team Leader (Band 7)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join the Digital Care Hub as a Clinical Team Leader. The post holder must be a practising non-medical prescriber and have an understanding of providing digitally enabled clinical services and their impact., To provide a high standard of clinical leadership and supervision to the Digital Care Hub service delivery team, ensuring procedures, guidelines, and protocols are adopted by the service delivery team to ensure the provision of safe effective care to patients. Support staff development to enhance service provision, and customer relationships. As part of service delivery and improvement, you will participate in clinical discussions with stakeholders, such as ICB, PCNs, Community Teams, Out of Hours Services and care homes.
