Full Job Description
We are supporting a major customer-facing digital transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to play a key role in the delivery of a new customer portal and digital experience platform. This is a highly visible programme within a regulated environment, focused on improving customer interaction, self-service capability and overall digital experience. Working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and third-party technology partners, you will be responsible for helping shape requirements, customer journeys and business processes to support the successful delivery of a critical digital initiative. Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements.
- Map customer journeys and digital processes.
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders.
- Support the design and delivery of customer-facing digital solutions.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and delivery partners.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood across the programme. Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on digital transformation programmes.
- Strong experience delivering customer-facing portals, digital platforms or self-service solutions.
- Experience working within vendor-led delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving programme environment.
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills. Desirable Experience
- Financial Services, Insurance, Banking or other regulated sector experience.
- Experience improving customer experience and digital engagement.
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments.
