Full Job Description

We are supporting a major customer-facing digital transformation programme and are seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to play a key role in the delivery of a new customer portal and digital experience platform. This is a highly visible programme within a regulated environment, focused on improving customer interaction, self-service capability and overall digital experience. Working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and third-party technology partners, you will be responsible for helping shape requirements, customer journeys and business processes to support the successful delivery of a critical digital initiative. Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyse and document business requirements.
  • Map customer journeys and digital processes.
  • Work closely with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Support the design and delivery of customer-facing digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and delivery partners.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood across the programme.
  • Essential Experience
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on digital transformation programmes.
  • Strong experience delivering customer-facing portals, digital platforms or self-service solutions.
  • Experience working within vendor-led delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving programme environment.
  • Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills.
  • Desirable Experience
  • Financial Services, Insurance, Banking or other regulated sector experience.
  • Experience improving customer experience and digital engagement.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery environments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale digital change programmes.
