Digital Adoption Trainer

Responsibilities

We have recently launched a Digital Transformation Programme, which includes introducing, replacing and improving several systems used across the organisation. In this role you'll design and deliver accessible training, create clear guidance and resources, and provide hands-on support so colleagues can use Microsoft 365, business systems and new digital ways of working safely and effectively.

You'll work closely with teams across the organisation, listen to what people need, and help make digital change feel simple, inclusive and manageable.

Key responsibilities include:

Designing and delivering practical training sessions, workshops, briefings and drop-ins for colleagues

Creating clear and accessible guides, quick reference materials, FAQs and other resources to support digital learning

Supporting colleagues before, during and after new systems or digital tools are introduced

Working with teams, managers, project colleagues and suppliers to understand training needs and remove barriers to adoption

Candidates must have experience of helping colleagues to use Microsoft 365 tools and business systems. Experience creating guidance materials is also essential.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills. They will be able to adapt their approach for colleagues with different levels of digital experience, ensuring learning feels relevant, accessible and supportive.
