Are you a compassionate Dietitian with experience of working with people with mental illness? Join Dunnock View, a service providing treatment for men and women who may have suffered trauma and are affected by mental health disorders. You will support service users within the hospitals secure mental health services with a range of conditions working as part of a uni-professional and multi-professional team. Feel valued and supported when you join the team as a Dietitian, working 22.5 hours at Dunnock View a service which provides treatment for men and women who may have suffered trauma and are affected by mental health disorders. With experience from the NHS and/or private sector, you will manage a complex caseload, which will see you create individual rapports with service users as you learn about their health concerns, goals and dietary restrictions and preferences to create a healthy nutrition plan. Responsibilities include assessing service users weight, conducting pre-admission screenings, liaising with the catering department, providing one-on-one nutrition counseling, and delivering the Nourish to Flourish psychoeducation group. The role offers training opportunities for career growth. Qualifications include HCPC registration, a BSc or diploma in Dietetics, post-qualification training, experience with eating disorders, and knowledge of mental illness.
