You will work under the supervision of the Registered Dietitian, which will see you take responsibility for supporting the day-to-day duties, including providing support for therapeutic interventions, collecting and monitoring baseline nutritional data and reviewing the young persons' nutritional needs. As a Dietetic Assistant, you will participate in the preparation and updating of information and resources for individuals and groups, which will see you review young peoples compliance with nutritional advice, dietary preference and intake and provide
reports on their progression.
