As a Validation Engineer you will have responsibility for conducting testing on validation test beds to sign-off components and working on engines. Responsibilities of the Diesel Engine Test & Validation Engineer

• Create detailed test planning, execution of testing activities, analysis of results, and documentation with clear recommendations for the relevant process partners.
• Carry out complex engine validation tests
• Evaluate products and processes; perform needs analysis and initiate ideas
• Keep up to date on new technologies or develop new technologies
• Communicate technical information to a range of stakeholders
  
  Experience in validation of engines and engine systems
• Experienced in the use of testbed software, calibration tools, emissions measuring equipment and test data logging systems
• Hands on engine testing and problem-solving experience
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in an accredited Engineering curriculum
