The Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon at Fortnum & Mason is an iconic destination, renowned for its exceptional Afternoon Tea, impeccable service, and elegant surroundings. As a Waiter/Waitress or Commis Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, delivering warm, attentive, and personalised service at every touchpoint. Working as part of a passionate team, you will uphold the highest standards of hospitality while bringing the Fortnum & Mason brand to life through outstanding customer care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about luxury hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

We're hosting a Hospitality Open Day

Roles available:

• Waiter / Waitress
• Commis Waiter

What we're looking for:

• Experience within Afternoon Tea / High Tea / Private Dining
• Demonstrate an authentic and passionate understanding of brand, menus and restaurant service
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work throughout the week, including weekends and bank holidays

Hospitality Talent Day - How it works:

• Attendance is by application only
• All candidates must apply in advance to reserve a slot
• Walk-ins will not be accepted
• Interviews and role discussions will take place on the day
