Diagnostic Radiographer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated radiographer to join our Plain Film Radiology team. You will work across all areas of plain film imaging including:

• Accident and Emergency
• Out-Patients (including satellite sites)
• In-Patients
• Theatre
• Portables
The ideal candidate will be driven to support the delivery of high standards of care within our department. We strive ourselves on providing timely high quality, patient centres care in line with the Trust's values. You must be a registered HCPC Diagnostic Radiographer currently practising within the NHS, and we will be happy to support newly qualified staff commencing their career and will a full preceptorship programme., The post holder will assist in the provision of a high quality radiographic service by performing general radiographic duties within the Radiology Department and supporting the Department in providing a timely radiographic service on a 24/7 basis. The post holder will be flexible in their approach as the Radiology Department is constantly changing so that it can provide a service that meets Local and National Modernisation Agendas.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a committed professional with strong interpersonal skills to develop their experience within a busy clinical environment. The post holder will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure they can work effectively within an often busy and demanding environment , to ensure Radiology continues to provide a high quality service to all its users.
