Full Job Description

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage and optimize CI/CD workflows using AWS DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
  • Automate application deployments and infrastructure provisioning.
  • Work with Microsoft Purview for data governance, data discovery, classification, and data cataloguing.
  • Configure data scanning, metadata management, and data lineage within Microsoft Purview.
  • Integrate security, compliance, and governance controls into DevOps workflows.
  • Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and version control using Git.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
  • Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot deployment issues.
  • Collaborate with development, cloud engineering, security, and data teams.

    We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipeline development, automation, AWS DevOps, and Microsoft Purview.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience designing and managing automated deployment pipelines, implementing DevOps best practices, and supporting data governance and compliance initiatives using Microsoft Purview. Candidates must hold valid and active UK Security Check (SC) clearance. This is an essential requirement for the role.,
  • Strong experience as a DevOps Engineer or AWS DevOps Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with AWS DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Purview, particularly data governance and data management.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with Git and version control.
  • Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
  • Understanding of cloud security, access management, and compliance.
    • Mandatory Requirement
  • Active UK SC (Security Check) Clearance is mandatory.
  • Candidates without valid UK SC clearance will not be considered.
    • Preferred Skills
  • Experience implementing Microsoft Purview in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data lineage.
  • Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
