Full Job Description
Renishaw is undertaking an ambitious global programme to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 across its subsidiary network. The organisation is seeking a number of motivated DevOps Engineers to support the delivery and maintenance of Azure-based environments and the associated application software releases. These roles focus on supporting the delivery, automation, and ongoing maintenance of D365 environments and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring deployments are consistent and repeatable across both Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions.,
- Execute application deployments via Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Maintain and automate non-production D365 environments.
- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines for D365, covering both CE and F&O modules.
- Create scripts, templates, and tools to streamline deployment processes.
- Deploy new releases and implement new environments as required.
- Automate environment data refresh activities.
- Monitor environments, proactively identify issues, and support root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and release managers to ensure seamless deployments.
- Prepare deployment documentation and artefacts for governance and traceability.
- Adhere to release governance processes and escalate risks appropriately.
The successful candidates will demonstrate strong Azure platform management skills and possess the ability to prioritise workloads effectively in a fast-paced hybrid environment., Extensive hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, ALM, and cloud automation. - Demonstrate strong experience with Power Platform and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Familiarity with D365 architecture, including both Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE).
- Ability to integrate and configure CE & F&O solutions.
- Proficiency with tools such as Visual Studio Code, PowerShell, YAML, Git, and pipeline automation frameworks.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to deployment activities. Person Specification

- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced hybrid environment.
- Dedicated to learning and adopting modern DevOps and cloud technologies. Desirable Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in performance and capacity investigation and management, including the use of AI where appropriate.
- Use machine learning models to automatically detect abnormal, risky, or unexpected behaviour in data (AI/ML).
- Experience in configuring and deploying AI tools to enhance DevOps operations.
- Background in configuration and support of build servers.
- Familiarity with the Atlassian software stack, including Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket.
- Experience working with ServiceNow.
