An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Development Manager to join a growing property development business based in the West Midlands. The successful individual will take ownership of projects across the full development lifecycle, from the early stages of a deal and due diligence through legal agreements, procurement and construction, ultimately through to completion and handover. This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone with a strong understanding of the development process and the ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders to successfully progress schemes. Experience within house building or residential development would be particularly advantageous, although candidates from wider property development backgrounds will also be considered. Key ResponsibilitiesManage development projects from initial due diligence through to completion and handover.Support new development opportunities following acquisition and through the legal

preferably within house building or residential development.Experience managing projects across multiple stages of the development lifecycle.Strong due diligence experience and an understanding of the legal processes associated with property development.Experience working with Development Funding Agreements and/or Agreements for Lease would be highly advantageous.Knowledge of procurement and construction delivery.Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams and external stakeholders.Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and manage development risk.Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills. The position will be based in the West Midlands, with a minimum of three days per week working from the office.
