Full Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and creative chef to help develop and refine authentic Nepalese/ south asian dishes. You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high food-quality standards, contribute ideas for new recipes, and ensure dishes are prepared consistently and efficiently.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Develop and refine recipes inspired by Nepalese cuisine.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and food-safe kitchen.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience.
- Help manage ingredients, minimise waste, and maintain efficient kitchen operations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, has strong organisational and communication skills.
