Full Job Description
- Design, develop, test and maintain working software for complex enterprise applications
- Analyze requirements and produce solution designs including documentation and delivery estimates
- Provide technical and business support to customers, helpdesk, and colleagues
- Perform unit and system testing, and support wider testing and training activities
- Track and report progress against timelines and budget constraints
- Share knowledge and mentor other developers to improve team effectiveness

Strong software engineering fundamentals - Collaborative mindset
- Experience in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Reports
- Knowledge of Master Data Management and Informatica IDMC toolset (MDM SaaS, Reference 360, CDI, CAI)
- Proficient in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining complex applications
- Ability to translate requirements into pragmatic designs
- Attention to detail with clean code practices and automated testing
- Experience in an agile environment
- Motivation to mentor and coach others
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Understanding of secure engineering practices
- Curiosity about new technologies and motivation for continuous learning
