Full Job Description
We're looking for a creative and skilled dessert chef to join our kitchen. You'll be preparing and presenting a range of high quality desserts, including our signature pancakes and sweet dishes, to a consistent standard in a busy, fast paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook and plate desserts and sweet dishes to a high standard
- Maintain consistency, presentation and quality across all orders
- Keep the dessert section clean, organised and compliant with food hygiene standards
- Manage prep and stock for your section
- Work quickly and efficiently to keep up with high demand during busy service
Able to thrive and stay calm in a fast paced kitchen - Previous experience as a pastry or dessert chef preferred
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable, fast and a good team player
