Full Job Description
- Preparing waffles, crepes, mini pancakes, desserts, and drinks to a consistent standard
- Making matcha, milkshakes, smoothies, and other beverages accurately
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation throughout the shift
- Handling Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat orders accurately
- Serving customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Following recipes and preparation procedures precisely
- Opening and closing the shop when required
- Restocking ingredients and keeping preparation areas organised
- Working efficiently during busy periods without compromising quality
Minimum 6 months experience in a dessert shop, café, bubble tea shop, or similar food service environment - Experience with waffles, crepes, mini pancakes, desserts, or drink preparation preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Good English communication skills
- Able to work calmly under pressure
- Strong hygiene and food safety awareness
- Eligible to work in the UK
