Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to quality and safety standards.
Prepare items for dispatch, including labelling and documenting all necessary information.
Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and ensure that they are stored in the correct locations.
Conduct stock checks and maintain an organized despatch area.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and dispatch targets.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area, following company policies and procedures.

Counterbalance (FLT) licence is required
Previous experience in a warehouse or despatch environment is preferred but not essential
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfilment.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and tasks as required.
