Full Job Description
We are looking for a Despatch Administrator to join our established Despatch team at Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry in Eye, Suffolk. You will be responsible for liaising with clients and quality/accuracy within Despatch.,
- Liaising with Sales, planning teams, hauliers and shipping lines.
- Entering data on the system and producing relevant shipping documents
- Updating databases and spreadsheets
- Verification of shipping documentation
- Carrying relevant temperature checks of the chilled goods
- Checking the orders and establishing the load plans
- Accuracy checks of the picking
An understanding of fast paced environment Highly organised Good attention to detail Team player Excellent communication Computer literate Ability to perform during peaks and troughs - Rate of Pay - £13.86 per hour (inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus)
