Provide exceptional service delivery and user experience in a Microsoft 365 cloud-first environment
Manage various incidents and fulfill service requests
Process devices and perform system builds
Develop scripts and troubleshoot network issues
Handle software and application management
Optimize support practices to improve user experience

Proven track record in a 2nd line support role
Experience in a professional services environment (financial services preferred)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information clearly
Strong problem-solving skills
High level of knowledge in Microsoft 365 and its applications
Solid experience in incident management, fault diagnosis, and resolution
ITIL Service Management qualification or experience in ITIL-aligned practices is highly desirable
