Full Job Description

  • Turning ideas into reality: Taking creative concepts and developing them into beautifully crafted, production-ready assets that feel clear, distinctive and unmistakably Treatwell.
  • Delivering campaign rollouts: Designing and adapting creative across paid social, organic content, CRM, web, app, print, OOH and more, with consistency and care across every format.
  • Using AI as part of the creative process: Exploring generative AI and emerging design tools to support ideation, image-making, versioning, localisation, production and rapid prototyping, always applying strong creative judgement and respecting brand, legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Experimenting to improve the work: Creating variations, testing new formats and responding to performance insights to understand what earns attention and drives action. You'll be comfortable trying, learning and iterating.
  • Building systems that scale: Helping develop Figma libraries, templates, toolkits and automated workflows that make it easier to produce high-quality creative efficiently across multiple teams and markets.
  • Protecting the quality of the brand: Applying our visual identity consistently while knowing when to question the expected and explore a more interesting solution.
  • Elevating the details: Taking ownership of file preparation, naming conventions, accessibility, alignment, export settings and production specifications. You understand that the small things shape the final result.
  • Learning by doing: Working closely with designers, motion artists, copywriters and marketers, asking smart questions, seeking feedback and bringing your own perspective to the work.
  • Thinking beyond the brief: Spotting opportunities to strengthen an idea, simplify a process or improve an output, then proactively sharing your recommendation.

1+years of experience in an artworker, production or junior design role - ideally in a fast-moving studio, in-house or agency.
  • You're curious about generative AI, automation and emerging creative technology. You may already use tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Figma, Fable or similar, or you're excited to learn.
  • You understand that speed and craft can coexist. You're comfortable prototyping quickly, sharing work early and improving it through feedback and testing.
  • Sharp eye for design and detail; layout, spacing, grids, typography, colour -you've got solid foundations and high standards.
  • Bonus if you've worked across print, digital, CRM, paid media or dabble in motion.
  • Comfortable working across lots of formats and deadlines, with calm, clear communication.
  • A curiosity to learn, grow, and do things better; not just follow the process, but help improve it.
  • Portfolio required: whether you've designed for fast-moving brands or personal passion projects, we want to see the work that shows your creativity and craft in action, your eye for detail, technical skill, and love of layout. No need for glossy decks - send us the rollouts, resizes, digital assets, and print-ready work that prove you know how to get things out the door, beautifully.
