Full Job Description
- Continuous development from our in-house Leadership Academy. Whose courses provide our existing and future leaders the time and psychological space to explore the expectations of a leader, with a focus on core behavioural skills. To motivate, empower, inspire and stretch leaders to develop their knowledge and skills in leadership and management, by reflecting on themselves and how they interact and work with their teams, their networks and the wider business.
Level 5 Leadership & Management (Children's) - Related Leadership qualification Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of Employment legislation
- Strong understanding of Children's services law Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Management of Children's services and part of tis time as a Responsible Individual.

Our vision is to provide an individualised package of care in an environment where the young people are genuinely cared for, feel safe and understood as individuals. At the same time encouraging the young person to develop the academic, practical and social skills needed to thrive and achieve to their full potential. We aim to provide 28 week placements, dependant on need, we will be available to support high acuity young people who have had a breakdown in their previous placement or be transitioning to a more suitable placement or care settings. We will work collaboratively with all professionals to identify the desired outcomes and next steps from the start of the placement. Within this time we aim to stabilise and work with young people to acknowledge their risks and behaviours whilst being supported by our Embrace team.,
