Full Job Description
- Prepare and maintain resources and equipment, ensuring all are safe, clean, and ready for use.
- Be a champion for health and safety for Design Technology, helping to lead safe working practices across the subject.
- Carry out risk assessments and regular safety checks, supporting staff and students to work safely at all times.
- Supervise and assist students during practical activities, always reinforcing safe behaviours.
- Work collaboratively with our dedicated team to maintain an engaging and safe learning space. Training is available as required.
- Is committed to maintaining and promoting health and safety standards.
- Has a keen interest in design, creative processes, and technology.
- Has good practical and communication skills.
- Is able to adapt to changing priorities and work independently and as part of a team.
