Directly accountable for a team of design professionals, you will develop strong working relationships and drive the identification and management of risks which could impact on the successful delivery of the capital programme.WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLEIdeally degree qualified in a related discipline, you'll be an experienced manager with strong coaching skills in solution design.Experience in managing waste water treatment related design projects.Strong planning and implementation skills, with experience of managing external suppliers to deliver outputs to prescribed standards and quality measures would be required.Exposure of carrying out the role of Principal Designer representative with accountability for discharging Principal Designer duties in accordance with CDM regulations.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Forward-thinking innovator, capable of anticipating challenges and, responding to
