Dermatology Outpatient HCA

We are currently seeking experienced Dermatology Outpatient Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support weekend insourcing clinics, helping deliver NHS waiting list initiatives across a range of dermatology services. This is an excellent opportunity to join experienced teams delivering high-quality patient care within busy outpatient settings, supporting clinicians and patients throughout their clinic journey.,

• Preparing and supporting outpatient clinics
• Chaperoning patients during consultations and examinations
• Recording patient observations where required
• Assisting clinicians during patient consultations
• Supporting patient flow throughout the clinic
• Providing patients with information and guidance as directed by the clinical team
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and records
• Ensuring clinics run safely, efficiently, and in line with local policies and procedures
• Maintaining high standards of patient care, dignity, and confidentiality
