Full Job Description

To provide nursing leadership and care for adults with serious mental illness in the context of the care programme approach.
To act as a deputy to the ward manager in their absence.
As a qualified nurse, the post-holder will contribute to and oversee the coordinating of the care planning process in the in-patient setting.
They will be responsible for providing clinical leadership.
They will deputise in the absence of the ward manager as required.
They will provide clinical and managerial support to staff through accepting the role of senior nurse on-site as required.
To work in partnership with Multi-disciplinary team and contribute to the development of the service.

Must have at least 2 years' experience within the NHS or Private sector located within the UK only (Evidence will be requested at interview)
