Full Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic nurses to join team SHPU, to take an active role in the day to day delivery of patient care. You will be supported by our fantastic senior nurse leaders and the wider multi-disciplinary team to deliver high quality and safe care to our patients. You will be keen to contribute to service improvement, working as part of the team to continuous improve our delivery of person-centred, therapeutic care.

It takes a special person to work in these roles. Youll be someone who treats others with kindness, compassion and empathy, someone who shows others respect and works as part of a team to provide the very best care to our patients, their carers and family., G1 Ward is a 16 bedded inpatient dementia ward based in Sheffield. As Deputy Ward Manager you will be expected to take a lead role, in support of the Ward Manager and MD Team in the establishing, setting, monitoring, evaluating and auditing of standards of nursing clinical practice on the Ward.

We are a 24-hour service and require a high degree of flexibility regarding rotation between day and night shifts, including weekends
