Full Job Description
As Deputy Ward Manager, you will provide senior nursing leadership within the ward team, working closely with the Ward Manager to ensure high standards of care.
- Active Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council in Mental Health Nursing
- Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience
- Demonstrable expertise within a clinical speciality, with evidence of strong and visible positive leadership skills
