You will empower recovery, deliver supervision to staff, and work alongside the senior Nurse and Ward Manager to coordinate the on-call service, manage ward budgets, and act as a role model for the nursing team. Your responsibilities will include providing clinical leadership and expertise, ensuring high standards are in place, utilizing and supervising nursing staff effectively, and maintaining a positive and collaborative environment to help ward members reach their full potential.
