Deputy Ward Leader - Ward 51

Are you a highly motivated and skilled Registered Nurse with a passion for making a real difference to patient care? We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate practitioner to join our team and play a key role in enhancing the patient experience.

This is an exciting secondment opportunity to work within a 24-bedded ward caring for our most vulnerable patients, where you will contribute not only to high-quality clinical care but also to the leadership and development of junior staff.

The successful candidate will bring a wealth of relevant clinical experience and knowledge, alongside a genuine interest in teaching, mentoring and supporting others. Your caring approach, commitment to excellence and ability to provide consistent support will help foster a culture of continuous improvement in patient care and care pathways.

You will join a vibrant, multidisciplinary team of enthusiastic and friendly professionals who share a common goal of delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care. Strong communication skills are essential, along with a positive attitude towards your own professional development and a willingness to contribute to the ongoing development of our services.
