Working as a Deputy Team Manager within the Early Help triage team you would be expected to assist the Manager in decision making in relation to Early Help and ensuring the right levels of intervention decision is made so that families can access support from the right place at the right time. You will demonstrate clear decision making and problem solving to ensure effective risk management and planning good outcomes for children and their families. You will provide appropriate support, supervision, and performance management through line management, striving for excellence by working with the Manager and colleagues to deliver best practice. We are looking for someone with experience of working with children, young people, families, and communities to deliver a wide range of interventions. Experience of working with multi-agency assessments and plans is also a must. Academic qualifications to degree level or equivalent professional qualification relevant to the field of Children, Young People and Families.
