Deputy Store Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support the Store Manager, take ownership across the shop floor, and step up to lead the store in their absence. As a leader of your store, flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential. What you'll be doing

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, performance and store standards
• Take ownership of the shop floor, leading by example every day
• Step up to run the store in the Store Manager's absence
• Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver their best
• Drive KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance
  
  Experience managing a fast-paced retail or high turnover environment
• A strong team player with the confidence to step up and lead
• A passion for coaching and developing others
• Pride in delivering a great customer experience and high standards
• A hands-on attitude - ready to get involved in all areas of the store
