Deputy Sister / Charge Nurse - Endoscopy

An opportunity has arisen for two Band 6 Deputy Sister/Charge in Endoscopy at University Hospitals Dorset.You will need to be a hard-working and motivated team player committed to delivering high standards of patient centred care with excellent communication and organisational skills, a flexible attitude and you will need to demonstrate a commitment to your own personal development.The post holder must be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of gastroenterology and endoscopy. The successful candidate will support the Sister and deputise for them in their absence and be responsible for the coordination of the day to day running of the unit. Will work collaboratively with referring clinicians and other specialists as part of the multidisciplinary team.
