Deputy Service Manager

As Deputy Service Manager, you'll work alongside the Service Manager to lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team, ensuring services are safe, effective and responsive to local need. This 12-month opportunity offers the chance to make an immediate and meaningful contribution, helping to drive performance, support service improvement, develop colleagues and strengthen local partnerships. You'll play an important role in ensuring people using our service receive high-quality support while helping to shape innovative approaches that create lasting positive outcomes. You'll be an experienced leader with a passion for improving outcomes and developing others. You'll bring:

• Experience leading teams within substance use, criminal justice, health or social care services
