We are recruiting for a Deputy Room Lead for our Preschool room Roles available at Riverside Twickenham Park.,

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern
  • Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
  • Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children

    This role would suit anybody that has experience as an Early Years Teacher, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Teacher, Apprentice Educator, Nursery Educator or Nursery Assistant.,
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Montessori qualification )please check here https://www.gov.uk/guidance/check-an-early-years-qualification
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
  • Paediatric First Aid (preferred)
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
