We are recruiting for a Deputy Room Lead for our Preschool room Roles available at Riverside Twickenham Park.,
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times

- Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Montessori qualification )please check here https://www.gov.uk/guidance/check-an-early-years-qualification
- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Paediatric First Aid (preferred)
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
