EKC Group are seeking an exceptional Deputy Principal to join our senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Ashford college. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring and strategic leader who is passionate about developing the college site and delivering on outstanding education, driving continuous improvement, and creating opportunities that transform learners' lives As Deputy Principal, you will support and collaborate with the Principal in leading and managing a team of staff ensuring full implementation of the Colleges' performance management systems and you will also ensure the full engagement of learners in College enrichment and social action activities to provide opportunities for personal, spiritual, moral, social and cultural development to prepare them for progression into work or further/higher education.
As the successful candidate you will be a suitably qualified and a highly experienced leader who is entrepreneurial and commercially astute. We are looking for someone who will provide inspirational leadership to ensure that we maintain our values and have our strategic objectives consistently in view.
