Full Job Description
St Joseph's School and Nursery is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support the Nursery Manager in leading our nursery provision for children aged 0 to 5 years. Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you will help ensure the delivery of outstanding childcare and early years education, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting staff, building strong relationships with families, and helping to maintain the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with EYFS requirements. In the absence of the Nursery Manager, you will take responsibility for the operational management of the nursery.
