Full Job Description
The position offers a perfect blend of hands-on early years care and leadership. It is predominantly room-based, focused on supporting practitioners and overseeing daily practice. However, Thursdays are completely dedicated to administrative and managerial responsibilities out of the rooms.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a fantastic work-life balance with a 4-day working week. Shifts operate between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Marylebone Services is delighted to assist a brand-new, small Montessori-inspired nursery in Marylebone, London (W1U), in finding a qualified, experienced, and dedicated full-time Deputy Manager to work closely alongside the Nursery Manager. This charming, family-focused boutique nursery caters to a maximum of 29 children aged 3 months to 5 years, providing a warm, calm, and natural environment combining Montessori principles with Forest School learning.,
