About this Role
Kingsley Explorers Nursery- Leamington Spa
We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Nursery Manager. This pivotal role helps set the culture, ethos and high expectations for a brand-new setting and supports leading the team with the Nursery Manager to deliver outstanding education and care.
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Plus: Join, Stay, Grow Recruitment & Retention Award of up to £1,500
Hours: Full time, all year round (40 hours per week)
Location: The Kingsley School
About you:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 4/5 desirable)
- Warm, visible and values-led leadership style
- Minimum of two years' experience in a senior practitioner or room leader role within a Nursery setting
- Highly organised, solutions-focused and resilient.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements

Kingsley Explorers Nursery is investing in building an exceptional Early Years Team.
Eligible Deputy Nursery Managers can receive:
- £500 on starting employment
- £500 after 12 months service
- £500 after 24 months service
