Dean Close Little Trees Nursery is seeking a dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to support the leadership and day-to-day running at Little Trees HucclecoteThis role is ideal for an Early Years professional who is passionate about childrens wellbeing, quality care, and continuous improvement within an Ofsted regulatory framework.About the RoleWorking in partnership with the Nursery Manager, the Deputy Nursery Manager will play a key role in ensuring the nursery provides safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments where children can thrive. You will support the delivery of high-quality care and learning in line with the Early Years Statutory Framework and Ofsted requirements. We are looking for someone who has a passion for early years, who can set high expectations and standards, leading by example and who has an eye for detail.The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills. You will have: Minimum of 2 years working in an Early Years setting NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, NVQ level 3 or equivalent, Early Years Teacher status (Level 4/5 desirable) Has experience in a leadership role Demonstrates a strong understanding of Ofsted requirements Is confident in leading teams and supporting staff wellbeing Has excellent communication and organisational skills Is committed to safeguarding and promoting childrens rights and wellbeing Experience of the inspection process Knowledge of Health and Safety issues and legislation Is reflective, proactive, and motivated to support continuous
