Deputy Nurse Manager

Are you an experienced Deputy Nurse Manager who is confident supporting the clinical and operational running of a nursing home? • Support the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the home
• Maintain high standards of care, safety and compliance
• Supervise and support nursing and care staff in practice
• Assist with audits, care planning and clinical governance
• Step in to lead shifts and support management where required
• Contribute to maintaining CQC standards and inspection readiness

You must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin. You must have Deputy Nurse Manager experience within a nursing home. This role is not suitable for nurses without senior-level care home experience.,
• Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC pin
• Proven experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager within a nursing home (essential)
• Strong clinical skills and confidence in leading teams
• Good understanding of CQC standards and compliance requirements
