If you're ready to build on your leadership experience and take on greater responsibility, this is a fantastic next step. As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to drive standards, develop the team and deliver strong commercial performance. You'll be a visible presence on the floor, supporting service while helping to shape the culture and direction of the restaurant. Your day-to-day:

Supporting overall restaurant operations
Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service
Monitoring costs and working towards budget targets
Coaching and developing team members
Supporting recruitment, training and performance management

Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
