We want you to join our senior leadership team to support our staff and patients.Our team is kind, welcoming and supportive. Our team is split over 2 localities: Witney and Banbury, but this role if based in Witney.We provide a range of services including Mental Health assessment and treatment, diagnosis and treatment of dementia, Enhanced Duty Response and step-up care. Moving away from working as Care Co-ordinators we want Clinicians to provide interventional based care.Main duties of the jobAs
Deputy Team Manager you will be a leader and provide line management and supervision to junior clinicians. Working as part of the Senior Leadership team you will support the Team Manager with Service development and we offer training opportunities to help you grow and master skills. Holding a small complex caseload will allow you to lead by example and still have that important patient contact whilst developing your management skills. You will also have a role in ensuring the day-to-day smooth running and management of the Memory Clinic which runs alongside out OACMHT team.We take pride in working with our patients and so we want you to have a caring and committed attitude with a strong understanding of the needs of older adults with a variety of mental health needs.
