Full Job Description

We are looking for a talented Deputy Manager to join our team and work alongside our Managers to provide the highest standards of service in a luxury setting. You will be responsible for maintaining all records, leading best clinical practice, ensuring compliance with legislation, supporting external audits, and playing a key role in recruitment and retention. What you will be doing:

  • Work with our Managers providing the highest standards of service.
  • Maintaining all records (including care plans, medication documentation).
  • Lead and promote the best clinical practice across the home.
  • To ensure relevant legislation and regulation is adhered to at all times.
  • To support the Registered Manager with External Audit process to ensure the service is fully compliant.
  • To be fully involved in recruitment and retention.

    Qualified Nurse and relevant management experience (RGN or RMN or RNLD and L4 or 5 leadership qualification).
  • A valid NMC pin.
  • Ability to self-motivate, work on your own initiative as well as being a team player.
  • A caring nature and an intuitive sensitivity to the needs of others.
  • Excellent communication skills.
