Full Job Description

We are seeking to recruit a Deputy Manager to support with the organisation, delivery, and quality monitoring of our Reablement Service. You will work under the direction of the Care Quality Commission Registered Manager, to assist in all aspects of the day to day running of the Reablement service. The role will consist of a diverse range of responsibilities which will include Organising Rota's, assisting with quality monitoring, supervising staff. involvement in the day-to-day delivery of direct care to the people we support. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a strong understanding of person-centred values into practise, Understanding the impacts upon the individual and their families, has direct experience of providing Care to individuals (In either a paid or voluntary capacity) and who has good organisational skills to maintain records, write reports and assess individual need. To attend and chair Muti-disciplinary meetings and update all records on the Client Index System. Your qualities will include: Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care?, As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the CQC Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service. You'll lead by example, supporting and motivating staff, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, and fostering a warm, safe, and person-centred environment for our guests.,

  • Support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the service.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Reablement Team.
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is always delivered
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and safeguarding requirements
  • Build strong relationships with guests, families, and external professionals
  • Oversee safe and accurate administration, storage, and recording of medication
  • Proven expertise in medication management and administration
  • Support staff and guests in medication handling and best practice.
