Deputy Manager - Domiciliary Care

As our Deputy Manager at Penna Homecare, you will be at the heart of our domiciliary care service, supporting the Registered Manager while helping the team deliver outstanding care every day. This role gives you real responsibility and the chance to develop your leadership skills. You won't just oversee care, you'll help shape how it's delivered, support your team to succeed and build strong relationships with clients and families.,

• Support the Registered Manager with the smooth running of the service
• Lead and support a dedicated team of carers
• Ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered
• Build trusted relationships with clients, families, and partners
• Monitor quality and help improve services
• Take part in the on-call rota and weekend cover, We believe in supporting our team just as much as we support our clients. As a Deputy Manager, you'll be part of a close-knit, friendly environment where your ideas are welcomed and your efforts are recognised.
  
  Experience in domiciliary care at senior or supervisory level
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Confidence in leading and supporting a team
• A hands-on, caring approach
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Flexibility for alternate weekends and on-call duties
